​What is your role? And what does it entail?
I am a recruitment consultant here at Linsco, I look after the East Midlands housing desk, supplying trades and labour and building long lasting relationships with clients. My daily activities involve sales calls, account management, and sourcing for candidates.

How have you found your first few months at Linsco?
I have really enjoyed my first few months at Linsco, I have learnt a lot in such a short space of time and met some amazing people! Everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful.

What have you enjoyed most?
Going out to meet my clients/temps on site and building relationships with them.

Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?
I would like to continue to grow my desk, bring on new clients and eventually progress further to a senior consultant.
