  • What is your role? And what does it entail?

As a Senior Consultant for Yorkshire at Linsco, my role involves maintaining strong relationships with my existing clients by providing them with high-quality candidates. Additionally, a key focus of my position is business development—identifying new clients and uncovering upcoming projects where we can place exceptional talent. By doing so, I aim to represent Linsco with professionalism and ensure our candidates contribute positively to the success of these projects.

  • How have you found your first few months at Linsco?

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Linsco, returning for the second time feels like coming home. It’s been inspiring to see how much the company has evolved and grown. I’ve particularly appreciated immersing myself in business development and cultivating relationships from the ground up. It’s been a strong and promising start, and I’m excited for what lies ahead.

  • What have you enjoyed most?

I’m a people-oriented individual, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed visiting sites and meeting clients in person. There’s no better way to build strong, lasting relationships than through face-to-face interactions.

  • Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?

My primary focus here is excelling as a Senior Consultant, laying a strong foundation to achieve success. My goal is to consistently drive high performance on my desk, achieving and maintaining strong weekly results. Once that consistency is established, I’ll look to build and progress further from there.
