Our salary banding for sales staff starts at £25,000 for an associate level and goes up to £42,500 for a principal level, depending on your experience - however if what you are looking for doesn’t sit within these bandings please still contact us. We've recently undergone a business restructure appointing three new Associate Directors & two new Sales Directors, which means there are fast-track opportunities for growth and advancement for those looking for opportunities to progress into management
