How have you found your first few months at Linsco?
I have found my first few months at Linsco great, coming into a new job role I have learnt so much in such a short space of time. Everyone has been so welcoming and I find it an enjoyable environment to work in.
What is your role and what does it entail?
I’m a associate recruitment consultant for the West Midlands region providing trades and labour in the construction industry, the role its self involves going out regularly to construction sites and building long standing relationships.
What have you enjoyed the most?
I have enjoyed building relationships with the companies I supply, going out to visit and speaking with them on a regular basis.
What are your ambitions here at Linsco?
My ambitions in my role are to become a fully established consultant, I look up to the consultants that are running large successful desks and know I am in the right place to head in that direction.
