​How have you found your first few months at Linsco?

I have really enjoyed my first few months at Linsco. This has been a complete transition for me into a completely new role, having never worked within recruitment before. I have learnt a lot and met some really nice people. Everyone at Linsco have been very welcoming and helpful! 

What is your role? And what does it entail?

I am a recruitment consultant and I look after the North West housing desk, supplying trades and labour. My role entails sales calls and visits, building relationships with clients and then filling their recruitment needs with the best candidate/s.

What have you enjoyed most?

Going out onto sites meeting my clients and building relationships with them.

 Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?

I would like to continue to grow my desk, build relationships, bring on new clients and eventually progress to become a senior consultant.
