  • What is your role? And what does it entail?

My role at Linsco is to build on our history in the midlands and extend our reach into the North West and North Wales. Where I come in is to grow the base in our Altrincham office to provide a local presence to the clients and candidates we work with up here.

  • How have you found your first few months at Linsco?

It’s been an absolute pleasure, settling in with the team has been buttery smooth and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the fresh challenge of growth. I’m lucky that all the clients I’ve worked with have been aligned with our values and have given us the opportunity to sink our teeth into major projects that make an impact in the local communities, and I’m looking forward to what the New year will bring.

  • What have you enjoyed most?

The highlight so far and what excites me the most about what we’re building has been the quality and similarity of the team and the clients we work with. The attitude and approach from all levels of the company is unlike anywhere I’ve seen before. With an acute understanding of the industry and combination of drive, care and switched-on culture it’s easy to see a very successful future.

  • Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?

My aim is to become an engine in the construction industry, providing a top-drawer service to all clients and candidates that I work with to keep projects ticking. Growing is the main focus at present, and the potential is enormous that I’m excited to realise.
