​What is your role and what does it entail?
"My role is a recruitment resourcer in the civils division. I speak to potential candidates for temporary job roles for various clients, identifying their skills and updating the database with new candidates who are available."

How have you found your first few months at Linsco?
"My first few months have been great, it's very different to what I'm used to however I feel I've risen to the challenge and expanded my skillset."

What have you enjoyed the most?
"I have enjoyed the feeling of satisfaction that I get from booking a candidate into a position, and helping them to find work. Helping people has been my motivation to work for a long time."

Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?
"I intend to further develop my skills, improve my efficiency and to help grow the civils division and Linsco as a company in any way I can."
