What is your role? And what does it entail?

I am currently a trainee recruitment consultant in the construction industry , my role is to form relationships with clients and then fill their recruitment needs with candidates.

How have you found your first few months at Linsco?

I have found my first few months at Linsco brilliant , I have come from a totally different back ground with no experience at all .

The training and mentoring I have received from my seniors has meant I have fallen into it well.

What have you enjoyed most?

I have enjoyed the training , learning a whole new role and meeting new people .

Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?

I would like to build my desk , then help any new recruits do the same and become a senior consultant and so on
