They're looking for an experienced Design Manager to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design process for a variety of construction projects, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design team and ensuring that all design work is carried out to the highest standards
  • Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that the design meets their requirements
  • Managing the design budget and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are adhered to

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of building regulations and construction standards
  • Experience of using BIM software
  • A degree in construction or a related discipline
