At Linsco, we provide freelance, blue-collar, and white-collar recruitment, with our weekly payroll exceeding 1000 candidates. Our client base is diverse, spanning various sectors such as facilities management (FM), civil engineering, commercial construction, and housing. As part of our expansion plan, we are looking to grow our freelance division, which is well established. Our fast-growing team is looking for motivated, money-driven individuals who can provide high levels of service to our clients and candidates. We are looking to add someone to the team who either has experience within the sector or is looking for a new opportunity to thrive.
What you'll do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with a talented team of consultants to achieve shared goals.
- Provide white collar professional site staff to projects on a temparary basis.
Your objective will be to establish a loyal client base and position yourself as their trusted partner for business growth, assisting them in achieving their objectives. In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment process, starting from the initial screening calls with potential candidates all the way through to successfully closing deals.

- Confident and natural communicators
- The determination to be successful
- Ideally, someone with experience in sales (in any sector)
- A person with drive and tenacity
- Someone who enjoys not only communicating over the phone but also meeting clients in person
What we offer:
- Competitive salaries: for experienced candidates, our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience and what you can bring to our business. However, as a guide, you can expect to receive a salary ranging from £25,000 to £38,000 plus commission.
