About the Role:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
- Administer contracts and manage variations.
- Monitor project costs and report on budget performance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
About You:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in relevant software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
