Linsco are currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to lead a new build housing development in Wellingborough.

🏗️ Senior Site Manager - New Build Housing
📍 Location: Wellingborough
🗓️ Start: In 2-3 weeks
⏳ Duration: 12 months
💼 Rate: £280-£320 per shift

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to take ownership of a long-term project. Timber frame experience is essential, as you'll be overseeing the build from early stages through to completion.

What we're looking for:
✅ Proven experience managing new build housing projects
✅ Strong knowledge of timber frame construction
✅ Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
✅ Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations

  • Coordinate trades and ensure project milestones are met

  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality

  • Manage subcontractors and liaise with the wider project team
