Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new opportunity with long-term prospects? Our client, a newly established company in the care home construction sector, is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead their flagship project in Telford-a 54-bed care home. This 60-week project is the cornerstone of their growth, with further opportunities guaranteed upon its successful completion.
About the Role:
As the Site Manager, you will:
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for the client and stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues and maintain smooth operations.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience managing care home or similar residential construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A deep commitment to health and safety.
- SMSTS certification, First Aid at Work, and a valid CSCS card (or equivalent).
- The ability to work collaboratively with the client to achieve project goals.
