Freelance Site Manager
Location: Mansfield
Start Date: February 2025
Duration: 6 months
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to work for a Tier 1 Contractor in the Mansfield area of Nottinghamshire.
This role falls inside of IR35 and will be available as PAYE or Umbrella PAYE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project progresses as scheduled.
- Maintain high standards of quality and finish, adhering to the client's expectations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
- Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.
- Report regularly on project updates to senior management and the client.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (essential).
- Ability to handle challenges and problem-solve on-site.
- Previous Tier 1 experience
