Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager to start work on a project in Lockerbie. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing new build extension projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities as required.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
✅ SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Ability to coordinate multiple trades and work to tight deadlines.
