What is your role? And what does it entail?
I am a recruitment consultant here at Linsco, I look after the East Midlands housing desk, supplying trades and labour and building long lasting relationships with clients. My daily activities involve sales calls, account management, and sourcing for candidates.

How have you found your first few months at Linsco?
I have really enjoyed my first few months at Linsco, I have learnt a lot in such a short space of time and met some amazing people! Everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful.

What have you enjoyed most?
Going out to meet my clients/temps on site and building relationships with them.

Lastly what are your ambitions here at Linsco?
I would like to continue to grow my desk, bring on new clients and eventually progress further to a senior consultant.

Out sourcing labour recruitment has always been a hit & miss exercise within construction, but having a great recruitment consultant such as Parris Brown has really made a difference. Thanks to her, the whole process has been a breeze. I would especially like to highlight Parris’s communication skills, as she consistently gave me updates and made sure to answer all my questions throughout our project requirements, leaving no room for confusion. She also showed great professionalism and openness from the very beginning, making it easy to discuss any concerns I had. All this being said, I would highly recommend working with Parris she truly goes the extra mile and ensures that you get the support you need on you projects.
