How have you found your first few months at Linsco?

Although I have done recruitment before, I have found the transition into the construction sector with Linsco fulfilling and enjoying.

What is your role? And what does it entail?

I am a recruitment consultant in the North West for a busy trades and labour desk, my role is to build relationships with clients and then fill their recruitment needs with quality candidates.

What have you enjoyed most?

I have enjoyed meeting new people and broadening my knowledge within recruitment.

Lastly, what are your ambitions here at Linsco?

I would like to continue to grow desk and form new relationships with clients and eventually progress further into a senior consultant.
