Associate Director Specialising in Construction

Personally, I’ve never knew what I wanted to do – Being young and straight out of college, I searched for a Business and Administration apprenticeship, hoping I’d land on my feet and get myself a big girl job. Turns out it worked...I started at Linsco in June 2012.My first role and the kick start to my love for recruitment was being a resourcer within the Yorkshire region, I was always busy on the phones and speaking to candidates. From this I then went on to work with all the sales, support and administration teams which broadened my experience, this continued until I completed my apprenticeship. 2013 I was officially taken directly by Linsco and started my first sales role! Initially covering white collar, I found my calling as a consultant on our trade and labour team on the East Midlands, 2 years in I achieved my Senior Consultant title, and then grew and developed a team within the East Midlands and started to hand over my business. In April 2019 I became Regional Manager of the area. I did two years in this role before taking some time off to start a family, then returning to work late 2021 I have since taken over the West Midlands and Yorkshire teamsLooking after 10 Consultants and Resourcers. Over the 11 years and counting at Linsco I’ve had lots of involvement in our processes, bringing in a new database, reporting, bringing in new business and internal training.

As a new director at Linsco, I’ll be slowly getting more involved with all our divisions and teams. Short term I will have a lot of involvement with focusing on the internal operations in our office. Ensuring processes are followed, all clients are being serviced and well looked after. Having a lot more involvement in the support and growth of our internal staff and clients. Looking at long term business plan to expand the Linsco name, and open new sectors and develop as a recruitment agency. The Linsco company values are important to me, so I want to continue to work on implementing these adding new faces to our teams and regional offices and creating a modern working environment.
