Sales DirectorSpecialising in Civils

I have been at Linsco for the best part of 10 years starting at the company in Feb 2014. My Journey began as a Temporary trades and Labour consultant in the East Midlands region, I then began to concentrate and target Clients / Projects from the Civils and Plant section. Establishing and Growing the ‘Civils Desk’ across both the East and West Midlands region of the business to now running the Civils Department operating nationwide. Starting in the Business as a Consultant, working my way through various roles, including Senior and Principal Consultant, along the way to where I am today. Over this period of time, through experience, I have learnt what it takes to build and develop successful relationships with both Clients and Candidates, becoming passionate about providing a service that creates sustainable longevity.

My new role as a director will allow me to have a broader view on all aspects of business operations whilst still dealing directly with both Clients and Candidates on a day to basis. The role will implement more strategic planning along with essential leadership and management. Providing simple and effective communication to Colleagues, candidates and Clients daily. Pushing the company forwards to stay on top of market trends and competitors along with maintaining a successful business model to exceed sales targets.

I will be looking to drive the standards that we operate to and provide an infectious work ethic to those around me. I will have a keen eye on maintaining the reputation as a market leader within the industry whilst looking at all possible growth avenues. Whilst providing an unrivalled service to all of our new and existing client base.
