What is your role? And what does it entail?
My role as an associate consultant consists of supplying a variety of quality workers within the construction industry to my clients. Anything ranging from a labourer to a bricklayer. It is important for me to deliver on every client’s request!
How have you found your first few months at Linsco?
I have thoroughly enjoyed my first few months with Linsco—especially being a part of the East Midlands team! Having not worked in recruitment prior to this, I feel like I have taken the role on well and learnt what it means to be a great consultant at Linsco.
All staff within Linsco have been really resourceful and helpful! It feels good to be a part of a company that wants you to succeed.
What have you enjoyed most?
I would probably say going to sites and meeting clients and candidates has been the most enjoyable part of the job. As the role consists of being in the office and being on the phone most of the time, it has been great to put a face to the name of the people that you are speaking to and build the relationship further.
Lastly, what are your ambitions here at Linsco?
My goals would be to progressively grow my client base while ensuring I am maintaining high-quality standards within all parts of my role. Eventually in the future I would like to progress my career at Linsco Recruitment by taking on more responsibilities and going to a higher position as my knowledge and skills expand.
