Role: Fleet Administrator

Salary: Up to £26,000 p/a

Are you an experienced fleet administrator looking for a new challenge, or someone with experience working within the plant hire sector, looking to take a role with an engineering contractor?
We have an exciting new opportunity with our client, one of the countries most recognisable civil engineering contractors working in residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors.
They are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual to work within their growing fleet department. The role will primarily be providing support to the fleet team, and will require a strong level of organisation and communication skills.
Key duties:
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the company tracker system.
- Manage the driver licensing process to ensure authorisation of employees to drive.
- Assisting with accurate record keeping of vehicles.
- Collating end of month reports.
- Supporting the Fleet Controller with insurance claims.
- Processing vehicles fines and driving offences daily.
- Booking in services, tyres and repairs for company vehicles.
- Any other ad hoc administration duties when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working in an office environment
- The ability to take on new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Effective written and oral communication
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
