Linsco are looking for a Site Manager to start work on a construction site in Stapleford, NG9
This will be for a period of 2 weeks, starting Monday. This role is strictly no CIS.
You will oversee the construction of a new mental health facility, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily on-site operations to ensure smooth progression of the new build project.
- Oversee subcontractors, tradespeople, and staff ensuring all are working effectively and safely.
- Coordinate resources including labour, materials, and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper usage.
- Ensure that the build quality meets the specifications set by the client and adheres to high standards.
- Perform regular inspections and oversee the testing and commissioning of systems related to health care such as fire safety, accessibility, and security protocols.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Previous experience
- Working references
