Freelance Site Manager
Location: Basingstoke

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day construction of a 45000 Sq Ft Industrial Unit in Basingstoke.
Some duties
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring the project progresses as scheduled.
- Maintain high standards of quality and finish, adhering to the client's expectations.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
- Ensure all works are completed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.
- Report regularly on project updates to senior management and the client.
Qualifications & Training:
- SMSTS Qualification
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Previous Experience working on Industrial Units essential
